The 3CoreX 90 Day "Get Fit" Challenge is not only a challenge to yourself to get fit, but also a challenge to us to show you that our workout programs work and they promote a long and healthy lifestyle. You will notice that this is not a weight loss challenge. The goal is not to lose weight, but rather to get fit and healthy. We do not just want you to lose weight. We want you to be healthy.

For the next 90 Days of this challenge, you will dedicate and focus on your own body, health, and fitness. You will have all the tools necessary to get in shape and feel great. Our recipes, workout programs, and even forums are all great assets to ensure that for the next 90 days, you succeed.

Getting Started

1. Join the official 3CoreX 90 Day "Get Fit" Challenge by submitting your information here - Submit Your 90 Day Challenge Information.

2. Create and upload a YouTube video that does the following:
* Mentions that you are officially joining the “3CoreX Get Fit Challenge”
* Explains the goals you have over the next 90 days.
* Shows or describes your initial starting stats (weight, body fat, age, etc.). Showing the actual scale and “proving” the date will help with judging, but is not totally necessary. Update: If you are sensitive about your weight/bodyfat, you don’t have to say it on camera, but it must be submitted to us using the link in #1.

3. Post links to your video in the 3CoreX "Get Fit" Challenge Forum and also in the 3CoreX 90 Day Challenge Section This will serve as “proof” of the beginning of your challenge to other members. Look for the quick way to include YouTube videos by clicking the film strip.

4. At the end of your 90 Day Challenge you will need to submit another YouTube video with your final results.

We highly encourage you to track your weight, food, workouts, and other activity on 3CoreX during the challenge. Keeping up with this information will help you stay honest and allows the community to help keep you motivated. We also encourage you to tell lots of people about your 90-day commitment! Positive peer pressure is a great motivator.

After you have completed your 90 Day Challenge, you are always welcome to restart a new 90 Day Challenge with new goals. Those that attain their goals and more may be featured in our 90 Day "Get Fit" Achievers Section. Make a commitment to yourself right now to make a change in your life.
